The Assessment Exam will measure your NCLEX-RN® and NCLEX-PN® knowledge. It will score you and give you an indication of your preparedness for the actual NCLEX® Exam. A cumulative score of 80% or higher indicates that you are prepared for the NCLEX in its current 2009 format.  A credit card is not needed for the Assessment exam.
